I work with many Physical Therapists and pick up where they left off making sure your ENTIRE body get’s trained with optimal strategies and minimal compensations to keep you moving and feeling great!

30, 45 minute (Virtual) or 60 minute (In Person) sessions tailored specifically to your needs. 

  • Strength & Balance Training

  • Sports Performance (Running, Triathlon, Tennis, Pickleball, Golf, Rowing)

  • Increased Mobility/Flexibility

  • Post Physical Therapy/ Corrective Exercise

We can work on one or a combination of the above!


Online Personal Training

If you’ve never tried it, I challenge you to try your 1st session at NO COST to see what you think! I’ve been doing online training for 4 years now and have an impeccable eye for it. You need little equipment and I’ll send you a list of the basic necessities (Foam Roller and Resistance Bands are usually where we start).
