Strength & Balance Training
Balance training is extremely important to incorporate into your fitness regime. If we don't use it, we lose it. We will add balance exercises to your strength program to improve body awareness, coordination and reaction time in order to promote increased joint stability in the hips, knees and ankles. Preventing falls and an array of injuries including sprained ankles and serious knee and back problems is part of the plan.
Corrective Posture Training
At home, on the go, in front of the computer or behind the wheel, maintaining good posture effects your overall well being. You'll notice the positive effects of proper body positioning after our very first session!
Post Rehab Training
Cleared from Physical Therapy but still feel like you need some more guidance in your workouts to get back to where you were prior to injury? I work closely with your PT to carry out your existing program while still implementing progression techniques.
Flexibility Training
Want to be more flexible but Yoga just isn’t for you? That’s OK! There are several other options and I can teach you.
